Portugal. The Man’s anthemic “Modern Jesus” has been remixed by one of the band’s idols, Mike D of the Beastie Boys. Mike Gourley (of PTM) told The Fader, “The dude is a Beatle, in our book,” and the Beastie Boy has turned in a hard-hitting remix, with the drums pumped up to ten. The remix is accompanied by a clip of Gourley turning a picture of Mike D into a piece of signature Portugal. The Man art.
