Well damn (or should that be DâM?). This is much easier on the ears than Snoop Dogg‘s reggae crooning as Snoop Lion. The West Coast veteran has teamed up with perpetually funky producer and singer DâM-FunK for “Faden Away,” a laid-back, convertible cruising, sipping on something in the summertime sunshine bubbler that will help to offset the fall chill. Snoop is in his element here, switching between singing and rapping with ease, making you forget exactly what year it is over DâM-FunK’s rich, inviting, timeless production.
There is, apparently, a whole project on the way, but for the moment, sit back and enjoy “Faden Away.”
