Just a little earlier today Zane Lowe premiered “Strong” on his BBC Radio 1 show, naming it his “hottest record in the world.” London Grammar’s haunting new song sees the band living up to, and surpassing, the early hype caused by the wonderful “Hey Now” and the heartfelt “Wasting My Young Years,” with slow-paced verses giving way to a powerful, lung-bursting chorus.
“Strong” will be released as a single on September 1, and will feature on London Grammar’s forthcoming debut album.
