Jamie Isaac is a young Londoner with a voice and sound mature well beyond his years. Isaac announced himself with the moody “Softly Draining Seas,” and followed it up with the delicate “Can See (Part 1),” both of which appear on this expansive four-track EP. The electronic production is delicate and uncluttered, appreciating the importance of space in much the same way as James Blake, while Isaac’s voice is angelic throughout.
