Bristol based producer Phaeleh has linked up with vocalist Augustus Ghost (half of Snow Ghosts, who recently impressed with “Murder Cries“) for an atmospheric five and a half minute journey through a world of moonlit melancholy. The delicate, but instantly memorable melody is joined by warm bass textures (which you really need to experience on something other than in ear headphones) that propel “Whistling In The Dark” towards a soaring, string-accompanied mid-section. The cinematic track is accompanied by a truly mesmerising video, so turn up your speakers, HD that video, and get lost in Phaeleh’s dreamworld.

If you like what you’re hearing the forward thinking producer, check out his 2010 classic “Afterglow,” and look out for his second album proper, Tides, scheduled for release on July 1.
