As a follow up to duo Young Wonder‘s Show Your Teeth EP, up and coming Irish producer Sert One has put a decidedly hip-hop touch to the airy march-step electronic pop of the duo’s single “Time.” Accenting the original’s pulsing pads with skittering drums, squelchy bass, and plenty of glittery synths, Sert One’s remix works because it keeps much of source material’s structure and feel intact, while introducing enough novel elements to allow it to stand alone.
