The guys from Caribou love a good side project don’t they? While lead man Dan Snaith is off making organic house and techno as Daphni, drummer Brad Weber has been releasing music as Pick A Piper, and his self-titled debut album is out tomorrow (April 2). All three tracks released so far have been, as you might expect, rhythmically intricate, but also interestingly produced, using a wide variety of organic and electronic elements for a dense and full-on listening experience.
