British producer Leopard Of Honour crafts bright beats that combine funky, 80s nodding basslines and soaring, sun-tickled melodies. Previously, on “Palais Royal Blue,” David Roocroft’s (the man behind the Leopard) own distorted, electronically vocals were used, but on “Visions Of Garuda,” he eschews that in favour of sampled vocals, which flutter in and out of the tropical track to joyful effect.
