Online music and film (and more) magazine The Quietus have started a record label to release music they love, and their first offering is the Hostel EP from a young man who records under the name East India Youth. “Heaven, How Long,” the first song from the EP, is a soaring widescreen affair with earnest vocals and a real sense of grandeur.
