Staying in the UK for the day. British producer/singer Kwes. expands upon the murmuring sound of his Meantime EP with “Rollerblade,” a sunny, muted piece of charming pop that recalls weather fast disappearing as winter sets in. It’s brief and efficient, but more than makes up for truncated runtime with quiet ambition (particularly the beautiful, murky fuzz of the final, post-fake-fade-out minute).
