For those still trying to mend a broken heart over the breakup of indie rock band Girls, we have some good news. Former frontman Christopher Owens has announced the details of his debut solo album, Lysandre and released the first two tracks off the LP. “Lysandre’s Theme” and “Here We Go” have a definitive air of whimsical romanticism, fitting perfectly with the theme of the record, which Owens says is “a coming of age story, a road trip story, a love story.” Lysandre is due out January 15.
