Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used To Know” isn’t one of the first songs that comes to mind when you think of hip-hop remixes, but then again Rich Kid Sound System has never been your typical hip-hop act. From the jump, the guys have shown a knack for pop melodies, big choruses, and an openness to fucking with music outside of the typical roaming grounds. Granted, with the Gotye original, they were already working with a great track, but they managed to twist it up pretty well.
