It’s kind of weird to be writing about a band called Summer Camp when we’re well on our way into winter, but it’s a nice change of pace, both in sound and band name. Jeremy Warmsley and Elizabeth Sankey of Summer Camp are about to release an album titled Welcome To Condale, but you can stream it over at The Guardian. Channeling an undoubtedly 80’s shoulder-pad-wearing, Madonna-loving, E.T.-watching feel, Summer Camp provide some sunny weather tunes. Quirky, Halloween-inspired visual accompaniment for “Down” off of the album has also surfaced.
