Just six months after the release of Donda, the artist formerly known as Kanye West is returning tonight with the sequel to his 10th studio album.

The Donda Experience Performance event is kicking off at 8 p.m. at LoanDepot Park in Miami. The album is set to arrive exclusively on his new Stem Player website, with the device costing $200. Ye launched his Stem Player back in August 2021 in tandem with Yeezy Tech and Kano Computing

Ye previously revealed in a since-deleted tweet that he’s made over $2.2 million in purchases from the device, writing, “To earn the $2.2 million we made on the first day on the stem player the album would have had to stream 500 million times. We did more revenue on stem player, without the album even being out, than we would have done with the album being out on streaming.”

West subsequently said he passed on a $100 Apple Music deal.

“I ain’t know what was gonna happen but I knew had to move. After 10 albums after being under 10 contracts,” he wrote in a since-deleted post. “I turned down a hundred million dollar Apple deal. No one can pay me to be disrespected. We set our own price for our art.”
