Weeks after he was arrested on charges of terroristic threats, Bronx rapper Nas EBK is once again in police custody, this time on a second-degree murder charge.

Just weeks after he was arrested on charges of terroristic threats, Bronx rapper Nas EBK is once again in police custody, this time on a second-degree murder charge.

As reported by HotNewHipHop, Nas EBK was arrested this week in connection with a fatal shooting in Times Square. Nas EBK is accused of killing 22-year-old Idressa Siby, on Feb. 9, following an argument that took place at the corner of 44th Street and 8th Avenue in Times Square. The argument escalated with EBK allegedly shooting Siby, striking him on the right side of his chest.

The Bronx native has since denied any wrongdoing, taking to Instagram to write, “INNOCENT!! ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE ME !!! BE HOME SOON !! FREE DA GUYS !!”

The news arrives less than a month after Nas EBK was arrested by U.S. Marshals, who charged him with terroristic threats over a YouTube prank video that was filmed in a local ShopRite.

Posted on Buba100x’s YouTube channel, the video sees Buba and EBK walking up to shoppers and asking them odd questions while screaming and behaving in a confrontational manner. At one point, EBK snatched an employee’s hat before threatening him. “Walk toward me again and I’ll violate you,” he can be heard saying.

EBK was charged with possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, simple assault, terroristic threats, and disorderly conduct. He’s currently being held in Bergen County Jail.
