Episode 2 of the newly-independent show, which previously aired on Viceland, features Bam Bam working out with former Yankees pitcher C.C. Sabathia and cooking steaks for a close friend in a park. Following him from his intense morning workouts, as with the previous episode, the episode shifts gears as he heads to nearby handball courts to prepare the two prime bone-in filets he brought along.
Over the last year, Bronson has made it clear that he’s shifted to a healthier lifestyle, and he appears all the happier for it. In recent a profile on Bronson’s extensive weight loss with the New York Times—he’s lost over 130 pounds since the start of the pandemic—Sabathia added, “People come work out with us, they see us on Instagram and it’s like two fat guys, right? Me and Action — ‘Hey, I think I can do that workout, easy,’ They can’t hang.” From the looks of their workout, which they’ve dubbed the “torture chamber,” he’s not kidding.
In a recent interview between Sabathia and Bronson for Interview Magazine last year, the latter told the former he was “part of the catalyst to this transformation.” The two have undergone dramatic physical changes as of late, and the new episode of F*ck, That’s Delicious offers a glimpse at how they both pulled it off. “Both of you are drastic, it’s a drastic transformation,” said their trainer Dave Paladino. “We’re not done.”
