Frequent collaborators Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign, thankfully, have another one on the way.

As spotted by the reliable sleuths over at TeamKanyeDaily early Thursday, a recent Coachella-themed vlog from Rose Gold Goddess includes a clip of a song Ty played at a 4/20 x Coachella party. In the video, the song is alleged to carry the title "Ego Death" (an interesting possibility given recent developments) and sees the two going in over a beat somewhat reminiscent of the hooky bass found on 'Ye and Lil Pump's 2018 hit "I Love It."

Lyrically, West is heard here (though this could very easily not be a final cut) exploring that theme by questioning a number of institutions, including the Grammys:

For the full vlog, see below. The Kanye x Ty track starts up around three minutes in, preceded by a shoutout to a certain two-gram, rolled-in-kief bringer of joy:

Of course, matters of ego have been a focal point of West's work from the beginning. Amid arguably his most tumultuous period yet last year, West tweeted that he had "killed" his ego.

Earlier that month, West had released his seven-track Ye album. Though the album ultimately marked seemingly the least enthusiastic response from critics in his career, the songs did notably seem to touch on the larger psychedelics-based discussion of ego death.

Also during the Ye/MAGA era, a full-blown Kanye x Ty collab album was mentioned during an interview with The Cruz Show.

"That's one of the best combinations ever . . . I'm just trying to go week after week after week and just improve on the craft," West said at the time. "Ty is one of the strongest artists that we have living and anything I can do to support, get around, produce, take my hands, chop up, everything! I'm with it." In October, Ty said that a 'Ye-assisted project was "almost done."

Earlier this week, word dropped that West was developing a potential series with Showtime in which Jaden Smith would portray a younger "alternate reality" version of him. The topic of the prospective show's first season? Ego.
