"A Lot," the opener to 21 Savage's excellent late 2018 release i am > i was, is a fairly inarguable highpoint in 21's catalog. From the opening East of Underground sample to J. Cole's guest lines about streaming stats, the track already stands tall among other 21 essentials like "No Heart" and "Bank Account."

Now, days after giving the DJ Dahi-produced track a must-see Tonight Show performance sans Cole, 21 has dropped off the track's official video. Catch that above unless you vehemently oppose the mere thought of enjoying yourself. Aisultan Seitov was in the director's chair for this one. As you'll notice, a third 21 verse previously found on the physical editions of the new album has also been included here.

As 21 explained during a recent album-promoting Breakfast Club discussion, Cole's contributions to this instaclassic came together fairly quickly after a fateful text message. "We always been talking on some big brother, giving me advice on my career shit," 21 said.

The album itself ultimately opened strong enough on the charts to become 21's very first Billboard 200 throne-grabber. Its release was celebrated with an interactive art exhibit in Atlanta dubbed "Motel 21," which gave fans a chance to explore themed rooms while ingesting Ciroc-curated beverages.

The new "A Lot" visual arrives during a particularly prolific time for J. Cole and 21. Just last month, Cole wiped his Instagram before dropping a conversation-starting new track titled "MIDDLE CHILD." On Thursday, 21 launched his collaborative apparel collection with Forever 21 and Honda. The unisex range fuses streetwear elements with the motor company's Powersports racing styles from the '80s and '90s.

"This collection is something I'd wear in real life, I grew up riding dirt bikes and ATVs," 21 said about the collection. "My look is just me. Comfort and street."

You can check out pieces from the collaborative capsule, modeled by 21, below. Pieces are available now at Forever 21 locations as well as the brand's website
