One of West London's best-kept secrets, Gilly Heller's "Swerve" crashed onto our screens earlier this year and the song has remained in heavy rotation since.

Today, the rapper follows that up with another crisp visual, this time for the feel-good "Abstract Waters". Centred around "challenging negativity", the track "draws influence from the hardships of the music industry," Gilly tells us. An experiment to begin with, the track was formed around Gilly's tongue-twisting flows and penchant for distorted samples and rattling synths, with the addition of Teni Tinks' R&B vocal crowning off a neat package.

"It cannot be explained, only expressed" is how Gilly describes the methods he and his small collaborative team go about imposing their art. Watch as they connect with the elements in the Bry-directed visual exclusively above.
