In what could be the next chapter of Lil Wayne's legal troubles, the New Orleans rapper is now being sued by a fan who claims someone from Wayne's entourage grabbed a skateboard and hit him in the head with it.
According to TMZ, Alfredo Marino saw Wayne in Los Angeles last May and tried to take a picture of him. That's when one of Wayne's employees allegedly grabbed a skateboard and bashed him in the back of the head, the TMZ report said. Also in the report, Marino claims to have suffered a severe head injury and implicates Wayne and his label in the attack.
This is the latest in Wayne's checkered history with skateboards. In August 2011, Wayne was taken to a St. Louis hospital after a skating accident in which he fell and cut his head open. In September 2012, he opened his own skate park in New Orleans.
