Filmed on location in Los Angeles, clipping.'s new video for "Work Work" features guest vocalist Cocc Pistol Cree and was directed by Carlos Lopez Estrada. The gritty visuals are an anxious ride paired with trio of rapper Daveed Diggs and producers Jonathan Snipes and William Hutson's minimal, almost acapella approach, save for some very enticing drops and twinkling beats. Lyrics like "Deadpan voice singing tin pan alley songs/Panhandling in front of tourists with the camera phones/Get it how you live/Or live till you get it" are brought to life throughout the visuals.
It's the first official video from "CLPPNG," the band’s forthcoming Sub Pop debut, which drops on June 10. Pre-orders of CLPPNG via iTunes will receive a download of “Work Work” immediately. The album will be available for pre-order on CD and LP through their Sub Pop artist page.
