Most boom-bap rap happening in 2015 can, mostly at least, sound gimmicky. But, then there's Case Arnold, a Clarksville, TN artist making some very nostalgic NYC, hot summer in the city music right now. Today, we're premiering his latest track, "As The World Turns," which features DMV artist Ace Cosgrove, too, and is produced by Shepard.
