Meek Mill presents the video for the standout Championships record "Oodles O' Noodles' Babies."

The video portrays the violence and dysfunction that often results in incarceration or death for disadvantaged urban youth.

Aside from highlighting the adversities that plague many inner-city communities, Meek is looking to effect change in the legal system in order to prevent the cycle from continuing. It was recently reported that his REFORM Alliance is backing new legislation in Pennsylvania that remodels the way probation is handled.

When speaking on the bill, the Meek said, "I’ve been on probation in Pennsylvania my entire adult life, for over a decade. Every aspect of my life is restricted. We need to pass HB1555 and make sure individuals in Pennsylvania never experience confining and oppressive barriers that make it nearly impossible to re-enter society, travel to a job or even provide for their families."

The rapper also achieved a legal victory, inching him closer to putting his legal troubles in the past. He was granted a new court hearing with the Pennsylvania Superior Court, as he hopes to ask judges to nullify the prior conviction that kept him on probation for several years.
