Can't believe its been three years since Kode9 and The Spaceape released their awesome Black Sun album, but today we get a new video for "The Devil Is A Liar," which is taken from their Killing Season EP, which is due out on October 27 via Hyperdub. The actual track plays both sides of the fence; Kode9 hooked up an instrumental that definitely blends some midtempo tones with a more trap-centric, 808-drenched bag of drums. Spaceape, however, takes things into deeper territories, drawing on a text message he received from a family member and spinning that into, well, this tune. One trip and ya gone...
