Halsey has been teasing her new video for "Colors" all week on social media and now it's finally here. The Tim Mattia-directed video co-stars actor Tyler Posey and Halsey as boyfriend and girlfriend in a retro-fueled high school scene. It opens up on Halsey at a perfectly manicured country club as she hits the tennis courts with Tyler, his dad, and her mom who invites the two over for dinner. Glimpses of Halsey in the bathroom at school tease that her character may not be the perfect person she leads others to believe. A surprising twist clues everyone—including Tyler's character—into who she really cares about and the universal pain of unrequited love.

As Halsey describes it, the concept behind the video is "the badlands in a so called 'better time.' Maybe like what the '50s were like in this dimension before it turned bad." Watch the video for "Colors" above. Halsey is currently on tour across Europe and will soon head to South America for some shows before returning to the U.S. for Coachella. She also has an upcoming sold-out show at Madison Square Garden in NYC in August. You can grab Halsey's debut album, Badlands, on iTunes here.
