Earlier this year (April, to be exact), UK producer Monro shared his impactful collab with South London rapper Flohio, "Gone Clear". Now he's back with another big ticket collaboration, this time with rising LA singer Syd B. As you might expect, the overall vibe of the track is a little more laid back, but there's a clear thread of trippy R&B electronics that runs through both tracks. Where "Gone Clear" was an hypnotic and club-ready rap track, "The Middle" is more rousing, balancing Syd B's heartstring-pulling vocals with his restrained and atmospheric production style. Don't be surprised if this shoots up the charts in the coming weeks.
