Speaking with Cash, now based in the Caribbean island, he revealed to Complex: "Due to my removal from the UK, I wasn't able to film and release the majority of the videos that I intended to, however I believe the songs on Alarm Clock are too special to ignore." Depicting the range of emotions he experienced upon moving back home, "Paranoid" plays out the uncomfortable ground whereby people back home, especially in poorer nations, suppose that you have more than you actually do.
