UK R&B trio FLO had an unbelievable first two years. Having found a writing partner in MNEK, their debut single, “Cardboard Box”, was an instant hit, lapped up by fans, critics, radio playlists—you name it.

They followed that up with a tight run of instantly likeable tracks, and their debut EP, The Lead, kept their name in good favour, a streak they capped off with a BRIT Rising Star Award. All that with barely a pause in between.

Now, after a much-needed (if brief) breather following the surprise 3 Of Us EP and their Missy Elliott collab, “Fly Girl”, last year, they’re back with their new single,  “Walk Like This”. Written once again with MNEK (who also produces), the trio also connected with Ashton Sellars, Kabba, Relyt and Talay Riley to work on the track, and the result is an upbeat, 2000s-era R&B mood-booster.

Of the song, the trio share: “We made ‘Walk Like This’ with our frequent and loved collaborators MNEK, Kabba, Relyt, Talay Riley and Ashton Sellars. It was the end of 2023 and we wanted to create something sexy, still fun and upbeat and for the certified lover girl in us all. It’s okay to admit a man’s doing well from time to time! We hope it makes you feel confident, a bit naughty and adds that extra sway to your walk. It’s full of energy, good vibes and we love it!”

A video for the track is also said to be on the way.
