Taking a brief pause between the end of his packed festival season (including no fewer than two North American tours) and his upcoming residency at XOYO next month, Conducta has just released a new single called “Lessons”.

Guaranteed to be a mainstay in the clubs for the foreseeable future, this one leans into the harder 4x4 side of the Bristol producer’s sound with tough, snappy drums and plenty of bouncy thump. To balance it all out, he’s called on South London rapper, singer, songwriter and producer Elheist for some pitched-up, sugar-rush vocals.

For the video, he’s teamed up with director Tom Walder for a playful, but slickly-produced tribute to sci-fi thriller series Severance. Sick to death of the 9-5 humdrum, the Bristol producer breaks the rest of the office out of the monotony with a good old fashioned rave.

Peep the video for “Lessons” above, and be sure to add both the original and the remix from bassline chart invaders Interplanetary Criminal to your playlists.
