Yes, there are still people who believe the Earth is flat. One of those people might be B.o.B.
The Atlanta rapper took to Twitter and posted a photo with a pretty deep inquiry about how the distance between two cities were 16 miles apart, so he asked: “where is the curve?”
The cities in the background are approx. 16miles apart... where is the curve ? please explain this pic.twitter.com/YCJVBdOWX7
Relying on his savvy followers, they shared their own explanations to Bobby Ray's question. Some sound logical, others sound pretty troll-y. Even famed scientist Neil deGrasse Tyson is going in on Bobby Ray.
@bobatl 16 miles is 0.06% of the earth's circumference, you can't expect to see the curvature of earth in that distance
@bobatl you're a flat-earther? You know you can just observe shadows casted at the same time in different locations to prove earth is round.
@bobatl Keep spreading the truth B.o.B., I love it. People must know the truth, sick of lies and deceit taught to us for centuries.
@bobatl Eveybody is lying to us. The planet is not an actual planet. It's a giant potato.
B.o.B isn't quite convinced, though. He's trying really hard to prove to us that the Earth is flat, bringing up all sorts of research and photos to back up his point.
Time-lapse photos of stars form perfect circles... how is this possible ? pic.twitter.com/d9d1sJja8z
have u been to the edge ? or is that what your science book told you https://t.co/61qaI5xx5f
The ONE thing every country can agree on : restricted access to the poles ... Here's to the UN... we believe you pic.twitter.com/gBzDk23VWp

Good Job Guys 👍🏾 pic.twitter.com/GWFzfQDfNu
Are you still with him?
No matter how high in elevation you are... the horizon is always eye level ... sorry cadets... I didn't wanna believe it either.
He's still going.

so u can see stars without light pollution , during sunset... but not from space ?😂😂 pic.twitter.com/MoMGwXelaC
y'all be like... "you're not high enough to see the curve...keep going" pic.twitter.com/dzgYpIIao3
In these tweets, he's referring to the Red Bull Stratos in 2012, a space diving project where skydiver Felix Baumgartner jumped from a space capsule above the Earth and free-falled until he parachuted and landed on his feet. He claims while on a flight he was at the same altitude as Baumgartner.
I was on a plane the SAME time the Red Bull jump happened. The pilot told us to lookout the window.. 5 miles to the left was the balloon
We were flying at the SAME altitude as the guy who did the red bull jump... NO curve... even tho their footage shows otherwise
So, is B.o.B right and science is wrong? And did he just announce himself as the newest member of the Flat Earth Society?
You can regurgitate force fed information all day... still doesn't change physics.
A lot of people are turned off by the phrase "flat earth" ... but there's no way u can see all the evidence and not know... grow up
