Next month (December 1-3), MDLBEAST Festival makes its return to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for its triumphant third edition.

They’ve already confirmed the bulk of the line-up, including heavyweights like Marshmello, Carl Cox, Solomun, DJ Snake, David Guetta, Eric Prydz, Hot Since 82, Ricardo Villalobos, Jamie Jones, Solardo and plenty more DJs of that calibre.

Where last year’s four-day extravaganza was a largely house, techno and EDM spread, this year they’ve widened their scope to include artists from pop, hip-hop, R&B and beyond. To that end, they’ve just confirmed a weighty batch of A-listers that includes Post Malone, Bruno Mars, DJ Khaled and Michael Kiwanuka.

Talal Albahiti, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Talent Booking at MDLBEAST, said: “Saudi Arabia’s music scene has been thriving for the past two decades behind closed doors. With every edition of SOUNDSTORM, we further blow these doors wide open. It’s incredibly special to see music lovers enjoy this new reality, in a safe space with the highest standards of music entertainment.

“Talent is at the heart of everything we do at MDLBEAST. As well as bringing superstar global headliners to the Kingdom, it is also essential to us that we centre our efforts on showcasing unseen talent from across the region. Feedback from the artists has been great so far. The buzz is real and is driving us to put on an even bigger and better show in 2022 for the whole world to come and enjoy.”

Last year, SOUNDSTORM boasted a line-up of some 150+ acts and you can bet there’ll be even more this year. For tickets and a look at the full line-up, head here.
