Britney Spears' prenup with estranged husband Sam Asghari means he'll likely get nothing in their divorce.

TMZ reports that sources familiar with her prenup, which Asghari is seeking to contest in the divorce, means that he won't be getting any payouts. In fact, it even prevents him from getting spousal support. His divorce filing, which was submitted earlier this week, is asking for attorney fees and spousal support. However, he's entitled to keep his cars and any gifts that she gave him during their time together.

Additionally, the prenup reportedly includes an "extensive confidentiality clause," precluding him from talking about their time together. Asghari's attorney Neal Hersh said that there are plans to contest the prenup. "[Sam] has yet to determine the full nature and extent of the separate property assets and obligations of each party," said Hersh in the divorce filing, which lists the date of separation as July 28. "There are various items of community and quasi-community assets and debts, the full nature and extent of which are unknown to [Sam] at this time."

Because of the plans to challenge the prenup, Spears could pay her estranged husband to keep the "extensive confidentiality clause" in effect. Sources told TMZ that their respective lawyers will negotiate, and any sort of settlement will include a clause that will require him to return any payments from her if he violates the non-disclosure agreement. In such an event, the divorce won't go to trial.

Spears recently told her fans on Instagram that she's planning to buy a horse. "Buying a horse soon 🐴 !!! So many options it’s kinda hard !!! A horse called Sophie and another called Roar 🐎 ??? I can’t make up my mind 🙈 !!!," wrote Spears alongside a photo of her on a horse. "Should I join the camaraderie and put a pink cowboy hat on 😜 ??? Either way I think I found my sweet spot with Roar 😘 !!!"

As for Asghari, he issued a statement on the divorce in his Instagram Stories.

After 6 years of love and commitment to each other my wife and I have decided to end our journey together. We will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other and I will wish her the best always. Shit happens. Asking for privacy seems rediculous so I will just ask for everyone including media to be kind and thoughtful.

Before Asghari filed for divorce, the couple allegedly had a fight in which he accused her of cheating. TMZ reported that he claimed she slept with a staff member at her house and asked another to take photos of her naked. He also asserted that he saw video evidence to back up his claims.
