The Snowman made an epic return with his TM104 debuting as a top-five album on the Billboard 200. But despite all the praise his new project has received, Jeezy's "new" relationship is stealing headlines.
It has long been rumored that Jeezy and The Real co-host Jeannie Mai were an item. It wasn't until Wednesday that the two confirmed their status by posting matching couple pictures to their respective Instagram accounts.
Although he decided to take things to social media, Jeezy is still reserved about their relationship. When the hosts of Hot 97's Ebro in the Morning asked about his significant other, the rapper quickly evaded the question.
"Depends on who you asking," Jeezy said at the interview 12-minute mark when Laura Stylez claimed the relationship came out of nowhere. "I rather go back to the retirement [questions] by the way... But, nah. Life's good."
While he was able to shake the pressure from the radio hosts, he couldn't escape the commentary that surfaced on social media.
These opinions haven't pressured Jeezy or Mai into responding. It seems like the Snowman is using skills he learned on the triple-beam to balance his personal life with his and Mai's career ambitions.
