Earlier this year, Slayter dropped his Cold at Night EP and is looking to keep his momentum going as the summer in NYC comes to an end. For his latest, he tapped Tri-State native Retch for the song (produced by Alau and Rubi Rosa) and video (directed by FREDFOCUS) for "Money and Power." The two of them ride up and down Dyckman on a summer night as they trade bars about being rap stars with girls, money, and drugs at their disposal. Slayter and Retch honestly should do a collab tape fully produced by Thelonious Martin and hosted by Brother Nature. That's a guaranteed hood classic right there. Slayter just played a sold-out show at Baby's All Right in Brooklyn this past weekend, so the city is surely fucking with him, and you should too.
