Smudging the boundaries between hip-hop and pop, Indian ascending star Abhi The Nomad today presents his new single "Me No Evil", taken from his upcoming album Modern Trash. His delivery is a direct fusion of those two styles, laying his half-rapped, half-sung vocals over the punchy drums and infectious guitar licks. His lyrical content would probably be best described as conscious with the rest of the album, we're told, being centered around themes of decay, waste and the destruction we're wreaking on the earth.
Modern Trash is set to drop in October this year — so expect more gems to be revealed in the coming weeks — before Abhi heads out on tour throughout October and November to support the album.
