Big Draco is back on the streets. Soulja Boy has been granted early release after serving just three months in the Los Angeles County Jail, according to TMZ.

Soulja Boy was released from custody at 2 a.m. PST on Sunday, 146 days before the rapper was originally scheduled to be freed. The department tells TMZ that Soulja's freedom came as the result of good behavior, time served, and overcrowding at the facility.

In April, Soulja Boy was sentenced to serve 240 days in the L.A. County Jail after being found guilty of parole violation. These charges stem from a raid that took place at Soulja Boy's house in February after he allegedly held an ex-girlfriend captive in his garage. Authorities discovered ammunition when they searched his property, resulting in a probation violation following a previous gun charge. Soulja Boy also failed to complete the court-mandated community service that was paired with his probation. Draco did at least catch a break when prosecution dropped his kidnapping charges in June.

With these pressing legal issues behind him, Soulja Boy is now a free man and can continue plotting on his comeback.
