Although they have some album cut collaborations in the tuck, 2 Chainz and Future have never aligned to create a smash single together. The thought of these two Trap titans denying each other their full capabilities sparked rumors that there was some sort of tension between them. But, Chainz took it upon himself to assure fans that he and Future have always been on good terms.

Tity Boi took to Twitter on Tuesday, where he debunked the myth that he was at odds with Future.

People thought me and Bru had a problem w/ each other which is not true. We have some the same street connections and spoke alot behind closed doors! This song I'm droppin #DEADMANWALKING a celebration for the streets. 2 hustlas who made it out the mud w/o hating on each other! pic.twitter.com/5GsQqhHM4E

"People thought me and Bru had a problem w/ each other which is not true," Chainz wrote in a post alongside pictures of him and Future. "We have some the same street connections and spoke a lot behind closed doors!" The tweet goes on to disclose that the Drench God and WIZRD are finally performing their full fusion dance on a track.

"This song I'm droppin #DEADMANWALKING a celebration for the streets," Chainz wrote. "2 hustlas who made it out the mud w/o hating on each other!"

The rapper then took to Instagram where he posted several pictures from what appears to be a video shoot for their "Dead Man Walking" single.

He also posted a video of the two of them together, and wrote that their new collab is "the hardest song in the world."
