Megan Thee Stallion, whose freestyling skills have been previously proven, delivered another must-watch one during a recent appearance on Sway in the Morning.

"I listen to the patterns, I listen to the melodies, I listen to the wordplay," Sway, introducing the freestyle (Megan's first for Sway) with some words of praise for Megan's recently dropped full-length Fever, said in the video above. "She got vocabulary. It makes sense."

From there, DJ Wonder started spinning a foundation for the First Lady of 300 to build on with lines about the true source of detractors' anger, the importance of self-independence, and more. Catch the full thing up top.

In her accompanying 22-minute interview, Sway and Megan talked through highlights of her growing discography, taking it all the way back to her 2017 EP Make It Hot.

"I'm not even calling it an album," Megan clarified of Fever, which arrived in May. "I'm calling it a tape, a project." Lyrically, she added, artists who inspired her early on to pursue becoming a great writer include Three 6 Mafia, Biggie, and Pimp C.
