He's due to kick off a tour of Europe (including a special Valentine's Day slot at London's XOYO) next month, so it's about time we were treated to new music from Brit singer Kaleem Taylor.

New single "Not Alone" picks up from the same stream of Taylor's previous release, the stunning six-track EP Version. Dropped just over a year ago, Version separated Kaleem Taylor from a budding but limited reputation as jobbing feature man and revealed, alongside already established vocal prowess, a surprising gift for undressing the painful minutiae of modern day relationships.

At times silky smooth and others strained, Taylor's soulful vocal contorts around warbling synths and echoing trap drums on "Not Alone", lifted from forthcoming project Surface, and also comes complete today with accompanying visuals. Of the song and his overall intentions behind it, Taylor told Complex, "I've often fought hard to keep feelings hidden... sometimes, trust the people around you enough to let them in and help you through it".
