Jorja Smith returned to BBC Radio 1 on Monday, gifting listeners with a cover of Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s Black Panther: The Album single “All the Stars.” Watch a clip of the stripped down cover above or listen to it here at the 2-hour, 10-minute mark.

Kendrick recruited the British R&B singer to contribute to his Black Panther compilation earlier this year. Jorja’s track “I Am” is a sensitive departure from the higher energy tracks on the compilation, and though most of the songs on the project are collaboration, Jorja holds her own throughout the three-minute track.

But now she’s taking on Kendrick’s leading single with TDE comrade SZA, which peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100. Smith sings both SZA’s chorus and Kendrick's verses. "I love this song," Smith told BBC host Clara Amfo. "I love the chorus, how it's quite big and then it goes down. We've done a nice little rendition of it."

Smith also performed “The One,” a song off her her debut album Lost & Found, which she released in June. Watch that performance below.
