UK funky is well and truly making a comeback. Over the past year, we've seen funky legend Lil Silva return with a serious banger, we've seen UK funky king Donae'o bring some stellar loosies to the scene, and now — in terms of the new school — we have the likes of Ahadadream pushing the sound forward. Ahadadream, one of the co-founders of More Time records, has been releasing music from the various artists on the label at a constant stream during 2018, but now he feels that it's time to gift the people with some music of his own. On November 15, the producer will release his first EP since the well-received Movements in March 2017.
"Come", which serves as the first single from the new project, Shade, was originally created in 2015, but now has the added SNØW mixdown treatment for extra oomph. On this new version, Ahadadream also enlists the bars and flow of London MC David GotSound for a vocal version of the grimey house bubbler.
