Travis Scott and Drake's "Sicko Mode" Video Is Everything You Hoped It Would Be

If you're a church type and the church you go to doesn't have the choir running through 'Astroworld' on a regular basis, leave that church.

"Sicko Mode" is the ASTROWORLD gift that keeps on giving. Even when you're certain you’re about to grow sick of the multi-chapter sonic euphoria, you find something new about it to love. Drake's questionable sleep math aside, the song's a feast and it deserves an equally feast-y video.

Friday, Travis Scott and Drake delivered exactly that.

Co-directed by Dave Meyers and Travis himself, the video heads to Houston, Scott's hometown and the site of his upcoming Astroworld Festival. Much like the song itself, the visual consists of several individual experiences seamlessly packaged as one. There's even a little bit of a Korn vibe going on. Watch the new "Sicko Mode" video (not to be confused with the "Sicko Mode" live video) above. Don't miss the Don Toliver cameo, or the plurality of amazing images and sets, like Travis in front of the biggest chalkboard of all time and Drake falling through space.

If you're on La Flame's level, then you stayed up all night marathoning Wes Anderson movies while you waited for "Sicko Mode" to drop:

Staying up literally till 9am to watch this sicko mode

Producer Sevn Thomas cited the track as an example of the album's intentional amusement park-esque feel in a recent interview with Complex. "There's all sorts of surprises and gut-wrenching moments when you hear voices pop out of nowhere, like you hear Drake on 'Sicko Mode' just come out of nowhere," Sevn told us back in August. "Abel and James Blake and Frank Ocean just pop out on you. It's like walking through a haunted house or something. You never know what's going to jump out and grab you—I love how they captured everyone's attention."

La Flame was joined by LeBron James for a "Sicko Mode" run-through at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California earlier this week. The performance was a surprise for one of many Los Angeles-area stops in a row on Drake's Aubrey and the Three Migos tour.
