In just over a month's time, Detroit producer and rapper Illingsworth will release his fourth studio album, You're No Fun via Mello Music Group (due Sept. 28, pre-order here). The 17-track album will be a predominantly instrumental affair, but there will be a handful vocal cuts. Illingsworth himself will be stepping into the booth for a couple of those tracks and rounding out the remaining vocal cuts is Swim Team's Open Mike Eagle and fellow Motor City rapper and producer Denmark Vessey of Crown Nation. Doc Illingsworth compared the track to "an aural representation of the polyhedral dice used in D&D". Whether or not you're a fan of Dungeons & Dragons, Illingsworth and Denmark Vessey's combination of dramatic production and tongue-twisting rhymes will draw you in and keep you hooked for the duration of their adventure.
