A private plane carrying Post Malone and his team is reportedly set to make an emergency landing after losing two tires on takeoff.

According to an initial report from TMZ, the plane took off from Teterboro Airport in New Jersey. At that point, the pilot attempted to circle back to the airport for an emergency landing due to two blown tires. Air traffic control advised that the plane instead keep moving toward Massachusetts, as more fuel needs to be burned before securing a safe landing.

There are believed to be 16 total passengers aboard the plane, identified by TMZ as a Gulfstream IV. Malone and his team were originally on their way to London after the artist performed with 21 Savage and Aerosmith at the MTV Video Music Awards Monday night. A separate report from the Bergen Record added that Port Authority and the FAA had confirmed the plane had been diverted to Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport.

TMZ has since reported the plane has been diverted to another airport in the New York area.

Malone is set for a run of shows overseas including the Reading and Leeds Festivals Aug. 24 and 25, as well as Rock En Seine in Paris Aug. 26.
