Bruno Mars Makes History With a Trio of Sold-Out Shows at Aloha Stadium

The Honolulu-native became the first musical act to book three back-to-back shows at the famed Hawaiian venue. And all three shows quickly sold out.

Bruno Mars seems to really love his home state of Hawaii. And it’s clear the feelings are mutual.

As part of his 24k Magic World Tour, the Honolulu-native planned to perform at Aloha Stadium for two nights; however, tickets to the shows quickly flew off the shelves, prompting Bruno to add a third date at Aloha Stadium, the first time an act has ever booked a trio of back-to-back shows at the stadium. U2 and Michael Jackson’s previously held the record with two-night concerts at the 50,000-seat venue.

Tickets to Bruno’s third Aloha Stadium concert went on sale Friday, and, unsurprisingly, sold out within an hour. According to Live Nation, tickets to each concert date were restricted to Hawaii residents for the first 48 hours.

The newly added show will take place Nov. 8, while the two previously booked concerts will go down on Nov. 10 and 11.
