It's been three years since Smoke Dawg first gained notoriety for his role in the viral street anthem "Still" and since then the Toronto rapper has been slowly but steadily releasing tracks with the likes of Skepta and Murda Beatz, and even supported Drake on the European leg of his tour early last year. It was a quiet winter for Smokey in terms of releases but he just dropped some fresh heat to kick off summer proper.

"Fountain Freestyle" is less than two minutes long but packs a satisfying punch in the short time. The video, directed by Jake Fair, depicts Smokey hanging out in his rivals' housing project, a bold statememt by the rapper that he's not letting anyone stand in his way.

We can reveal that Smokey has more music dropping this summer, including a song with AJ Tracey that was produced by Murda Beatz that will also have a visual treatment. His first project Struggle Before Glory or "SB4G" is due to drop later this year and promises a bunch of interesting features.

Enjoy "Fountain Freestyle" above and stay tuned for lots more music from Smoke Dawg forthcoming.
