Born in New Zealand but now based in Berlin, singer and multi-instrumentalist Noah Slee released his debut album Otherland last year, to considerable acclaim. Now he's back with the video for the album's latest single, "Stayed", directed and filmed by Adam Sait. The track itself makes clever use of rousing, minimalist chords for a piece of pop music with huge hit potential. To contrast that, the visuals go down a path of surrealism, psychedelia and the abstract. As beautiful as it is confusing, the video is a striking accompaniment to a striking pop song.
