Following a five-year hiatus, Pink returned with the release of her seventh studio album, Beautiful Trauma, and it looks like she hasn't missed a beat. The singer scored her second No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart after amassing 408,000 equivalent album units, 384,000 of which coming from traditional album sales. Her first record to reach the top spot was 2012's The Truth About Love, which sold 280,000 copies.

Beautiful Trauma also represents the largest week for an album by a woman, and the fourth-biggest week by an artist this year. Damn by Kendrick Lamar and its 603,000 units remains the strongest first-week performance by an artist in 2017. Drake's More Life still sits in second with 505,000 units while Ed Sheeran's Divide holds down the third spot with 451,000 units.

Gucci Mane's Mr. Davis came in second this week after netting 70,000 units with 21,000 coming from traditional album sales. Mr. Davis did most of its damage through streaming equivalent albums where it racked up 46,000 units, which come out to 68.7 million streams of the songs on the album. Following Colors by Beck at No. 3 is Post Malone's Stoney and Lil Uzi Vert's Luv Is Rage 2 at No. 4 and No. 5 with 45,000 and 35,000 units, respectively.

Following a better than expected first week on the Billboard 200 chart, the question will now be if she can keep the momentum going in week two? We will just have to wait and see.
