Friday morning, Tidal announced its third annual Tidal X: Brooklyn benefit concert. The show will happen on Tuesday, Oct. 17 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn (a.k.a. the house that Hov built), and will be hosted by Angie Martinez.
While no performers have been announced yet, past Tidal X shows have featured Beyoncé, Jay Z, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Nicki Minaj, Alessia Cara, Lil Yachty, and many more. Tidal announced in a statement that all proceeds from the show will go to "organizations that support relief and recovery for those affected by the unprecedented natural disasters." Those groups will include Global Giving, All Hands Volunteers, Kids in Need Foundation, Direct Relief, One America Appeal, Greater Houston Community Foundation, American Civil Liberties Union, Miami Community Foundation, and more.
Tidal members will naturally have the first shot at tickets, which they can grab starting at noon ET on Friday by going here. The non-Tidal-having masses will have to wait until Sept. 26 to get their tickets via Ticketmaster.
