Miguel appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show today alongside Travi$ Scott to perform the Wildheart standout track, "Waves." Miguel opened up the performance soaked in stage light before going into the audience and dancing with a few lucky fans. For his part, Scott laid into his verse Auto-Tune style. The pair recently released an official video for the track as well to take it to new heights. This version will be included on Miguel's upcoming Rogue Waves EP, which comes out this Friday.
The EP will feature five new versions of "Waves" as interpreted by Tame Impala, Joshua Tree, RAC, country star Kacey Musgraves—who Miguel previously hinted as someone he was cooking something up with—and of course, Travi$ Scott. It looks like the project might also include some accompanying visuals since Miguel posted a picture today with Tame Impala's Kevin Parker, noting, "it only rains in LA when you're filming."
